Expanding Jewish Freedom
Maintaining civil rights of the Jewish people through strategic litigation.

The Center for Jewish Freedom advocates for Jewish communities by obtaining access to public school curriculum and enforcing federal law meant to protect Jews from discrimination.

What We Do

Curriculum Transparency

Public schools must make their curriculum available to parents for inspection to ensure that no antisemitic materials are being taught. When necessary, CFJF will engage in litigation to ensure curriculum is released.

Defending Israel and Supporting IHRA

The International Holocaust Remembrance Association definition of antisemitism recognizes that unfair treatment of Israel is a form of discrimination against Jews.

Freedom of Speech & Religion

We must speak out loudly in defense of Israel and Jewish values. Pro-Israel speech must be treated equal to other types of speech in the public square.

Jewish Civil Rights

Civil rights laws are in place to ensure that Jews are entitled to the full array of civil rights under the constitution and federal law. Occasionally, litigation is necessary to ensure that Jews are protected from discrimination.
